Do it the right way!
Biotecta® is an effective and unique product, but its effectiveness is subject to the right application methods.
All information herein provided is based on our latest knowledge and test results. Since different materials may have a different reaction, it is the user’s responsibility to test the product before production use.
Biotecta® can be used on many different natural fibers and they can react differently. It is important that you follow the instructions exactly.
Apply a thin coat of Biotecta. Wipe off excess material. Usually a second coat is not necessary. While applying and drying keep wet pieces away from each another, they may stick together.

Use only plastic or PVC containers. Completely immerse materials for 3-5 minutes. Wipe off any excess materials. While dipping and drying keep wet pieces away from one each another, they may stick together.
WARNING! This should only be done by professionals in a safe and enclosed environment.
Only use plastic parts and nozzles. Apply thin coat of Biotecta and let it dry for 30 minutes at room temperature. Repeat steps a second time. Wipe off any excess materials. While spraying and drying keep wet pieces away from one each another, they may stick together.
Biotecta can be applied by pressure treatment. This requires appropriate equipment.
Clean immediately after finishing work and use water to rinse all used equipment (water only!).
